WebJul 27, 2024 · Im currently attempting to install ZorinOS on my framework laptop. I enter the boot manager and boot into my flash drive containing ZorinOS, and click the “try or install ZorinOS.” After that I’m met with a black screen and nothing comes after that. I used a virtual machine on here with ZorinOS and it seemed to work perfectly fine. WebSep 30, 2013 · It hangs if I choose try the live cd, it hangs if I choose live cd safe graphics mode, it hangs with zorin os 5 and os 7 newest version burned to cd yesterday, hangs with ubuntu 10.04, 11.10, 12.10. Oddly enough it doesnt hang with puppy linux 5.7.1 but ultimately wont work with anything but the vesa graphics driver.
