WebVsync is always on if you are running windowed. I run the game at Fullscreen (FS) with 0.9 Gamma. On Windowed Fullscreen (WFS), I can potentially lose 10fps as well as my Gamma setting. I only use WFS to glimpse at overlay timers running in the background or watch "Always on top" video podcasts while keyfarming or grinding on my single monitor.
