Back in the xbox 360 days people got away with it for ages and then one day...ban. in brazil, buying a quest 2 game is actually just not fair, on steam beat saber is "57 reais" on quest 2 "170 reais". Webpretty much but i think its meant more for people that have existing steam libraries than for someone being banned from a single game. e.g. if you pirate some game with steam connectivity and you install it in a way that your existing steam detects you pirating, then steam might lock you out of your purchased stuff.... so you'd need to pirate that stuff …

WebI used to have all my pirated games alongside my steam before switching to playnite, it's completely fine.
